Step 2. The Specification

Submit requirement specifications to the individuals and the customer representative

This phase determines the best type of website to be developed, be it e-commerce or not, a template or a custom built website.

Your website can include a variety of features that link your online product showcase to your store’s inventory. Those options include Ring Builder (a custom ring creation application) and Jewel Cloud (an online product gallery with social media sharing capabilities), as well as vendor-managed inventories (loose diamonds and finished jewelry) and in-house inventories. Other features are also available.

After reviewing and approving the preliminary specification document, a written proposal is prepared. It will outline the scope of the project including responsibilities, timelines and costs.
