Websites need extensive testing, especially as the level of customization increases. Link testing, load testing, browser compatibility and integration with third-party systems (merchant accounts or brand micro sites) are just some examples of the website features tested at this stage.
During this phase the customer will organize their website with important decisions such as creating users on the back-end and choosing vendors and products to be displayed. Other important decisions at this stage include setting pricing and minimum qualities of loose diamonds. Once these decisions are made, the new website is close to going live.
When the testing is complete, the private testing domain name is changed to the customer’s actual domain the website is live. That’s it! The website is live and ready to view.
