We believe that finding the most exquisite diamonds doesn’t always happen with just a few clicks, diamonds each have unique characteristics and qualities that are best appreciated in person. Our partnership with some of the best local jewelers from around the country provides you with the opportunity to touch them, inspect them under a loupe and see just how brilliant diamonds are in person rather than buying sight unseen.
We do however understand that timing or convenience may be an issue and are happy to provide you the opportunity to buy online with complete confidence through our safe and secure shopping cart.

What is the importance of diamond certificates?
A diamond certificate assures all customers of a diamond’s value and quality. The report you receive includes a detailed listing of the key characteristics of each diamond, which includes the 4C's and makes it almost impossible to falsify. The certificate symbolizes the credibility of the stone under consideration.

Do you provide gemological certificates for your diamonds?
Yes we do provide gemological certificates but not for all products. The only products that do come with certificates are the loose diamonds. The lab that issues the gemological certificate will be indicated when you are placing your order.

How does GemFind assure that the diamonds I receive are actually the diamonds I ordered?
Your purchase will arrive with an original GIA, AGS or EGL certificate for loose diamonds. If you choose to have your purchase appraised by a local jeweler or inspected for your piece of mind and are not satisfied with the appraisal of your purchase order, you can return the item within 15 days from the day of shipment for a refund.

Is it possible to view the diamond prior to purchase?
If you would like to view the diamond prior to purchase you may choose from one of our two options.
We can send the diamond to an accredited affiliate jeweler in your area if we have one available.
If we do not have an affiliate jeweler in your area, you may also choose to have the diamond shipped directly to you using a credit card. To do this, we put a hold for the full amount of the diamond on your credit card. The monies are not and will not be removed from the card until the end of the 15-day return policy. If you are satisfied with the diamond you can chose to proceed with the credit card purchase or convert to a bank wire to take advantage of the cash discount. Should you decide not to purchase the diamond, you are responsible for the $40 shipping fee and the cost of the return shipping.

Carat Weight
Carat Weight is one of the most important considerations with respect to rarity, value, and consumer preference. In fact, Carat Weight, or how much the diamond weighs is the most significant value factor in a diamond.

Diamonds form naturally deep within the Earth under tremendous pressure and extreme heat, and as a result, most contain internal or external features even in their polished state called clarity characteristic, no two diamonds are alike.

Diamonds come in the widest variety of colors of any gem material. Most gem quality diamonds however are desired for their lack of color. In fact, the closer a diamond is too colorless, the more rare and valuable it is.

Will I be charged sales tax on my orders?
When buying online, GemFind only charges sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Nevada.
When buying from a local jeweler, your local sales tax applies.

Do you offer a cash discount on purchases?
Yes. If you wish to purchase with cash, you will receive a 2 % discount on your total purchase. The most efficient payment method is the wire transfer, which will expedite your order. Personal checks and money orders can take 5-10 days to clear and would, therefore, delay your shipment.

Is shipping free on all your orders?
Yes. We do have Free Super Saving Shipping, which is a standard 7-10 business days available to all orders over $50.
For orders over $500, we offer Free Overnight Shipping and For orders over $250, we offer Free 2-Day Shipping via Fed Ex or UPS.

We ship to all addresses within the United States and APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?
To ensure you have enough time to consider your purchase, GemFind offers a fifteen (15) day return and a thirty (30) day exchange guarantee. Customers may return any item other than custom or special ordered items within 15 days from the original date of shipment of the merchandise for a full refund or exchange less any shipping charges paid by GemFind.
